I had an awful experience last Sunday for my gymnastics fundraising event. I had a jumping castle organised to come for the day from C------ CASTLES, on the morning they told me they simply weren't coming via a text message and turned their phone off! I was stuck with no castle for my event, but IPSWICH TOY HIRE came to my rescue by reshuffling their already busy day to get me a castle. Ok so we had the Scooby Doo C5 jumping castle today for my sons birthday it was awesome!! As per usual it was here early and the kids had an absolute ball and all done, delivered and picked up with a smile.. what great service.. highly recommend using Ipswich Toy Hire.
