I had an awful experience last Sunday for my gymnastics fundraising event. I had a jumping castle organised to come for the day from C------ CASTLES, on the morning they told me they simply weren't coming via a text message and turned their phone off! I was stuck with no castle for my event, but IPSWICH TOY HIRE came to my rescue by reshuffling their already busy day to get me a castle.
